FORECLOSURE RELIEF PROGRAMS

Quite of few programs are available at the following States (Countrywide borrowers)
Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, Pennsylvania and Washington
Relocation assistance program: Borrowers facing foreclosure who agree to voluntarily leave the premises at the time of the foreclosure sale will be provided with a cash payment. Countrywide anticipates payments to 35,000 borrowing in a total amount of more than $70 million to assist with relocation costs.
Countrywide will allocate up to 150 million nationally under a foreclosure relief program to provide relief for borrowers whose loans have either experienced a foreclosure sale or are 120 days or more delinquent as of the date this agreement. These borrowers will be eligible for the payment if they made three or fewer payments over the life of the loan (or meet more inclusive criteria determined by each state) The funds will be allocated to each state through a pro-rata formula based on the number of eligible borrowers with a Countrywide-originated Mortgage
No deje quel el Banco se quede con us casa, hay formas de tratar de negociar con ellos, no es fácil, pero tampoco imposible, si piensa que ya no podrá hacer su pago, no se siente a llorar, haga algo!!!! quiza no todo este perdido. Conozco personalmente a una familia que Countrywide la ayudo a salvar su casa. Si tiene un trabajo fijo y hace sus impuestos, intente por favor, le van a pedir:
-Impuestos de los dos ultimos años
– copias de los cheques mas recientes
-Los estados de cuenta del Banco de los ultimos 6 meses,
-Una carta hecha por usted explicando como llego a esta situacion, (hay muchisima gente inocente, que no le saco dinero a ka casa y estan pagando por los errores de otros), eso es lo que recuerdo de momento, si tiene una pregunta, por favor no dude en llamarme
