After the divorce the poor woman spent the first day packing her belongings, amid tears and sad memories, clothes, old furniture, utensils of kitchen, all we have women and not give it to anyone.
The next day came the moving company and took all his stuff leaving the house completely empty.
The third and last thing that would remain in the home, sat on the floor to eat, put soft music, candles, four pounds of shrimp, a large tray with caviar and a bottle of white wine.
When finished eating, he lowered the curtain rods of all bedrooms, removed the covers from the sides, squat shrimp, a bit of caviar and recapping.
Days after her husband moved to the house with all new and happy, new furniture, new clothes and new girlfriend to the first few days all went smoothly until slowly the house began to smell.
They tried everything, cleaned, trapearon, aired throughout the house, they went into the street and left all the windows open, they hired people to clean up all, no one stand the smell, changed the air conditioner, $ 2,999.00 (I know because they are sold a friend of mine) hired someone to clean up the "attic" just had dead mice, washed carpets, put new and nothing, spent thousands of dollars, nothing worked!
The maid quit, workers were not, no one would visit. They chose to move and desperate, they spent months and who were not selling the house stinking. Real Estate Agents are not answered their calls.
They decided to buy a house in Sacramento, new, expensive in Natomas, 4 minutes from the airport.
The ex-wife called the man to divorce issues, he said he was selling the house, without telling the reason, hearing this, she said she missed her home, and he knew that the former had not the slightest idea of the smell of the house, sold it at a tenth of the value as long as she signed the same day, she accepted and in less than an hour I send the papers to sign, and even ready for the down payment .
A week later the man and the bride stood at the door of the old house with a smile seeing how packed their furniture and laid them on the truck route to your new home ........................... .. including the curtain rods!
