    Onita that house, who is?

  2. Pirula

Thanks for this valuable information you share in this space!

This helps us be more careful and selective when making decisions of this kind.

If we take into account all such information when buying houses, for the purchase of a house in Sacaramento or anywhere, would be something that would not be blind, or just relying or depending on what others tell us.

Please if any other visitor wants to leave or share your opinion about it, so be it.
Personally, I like this kind of Lifesaving which lends itself to debate issues that concerns us all and here are very good issues and councils to guide and inform.

    Good day!

Hello I would like to ask a question:
I meti an application to a house which I like and the agent told me that he had no proposal primeraya mine was the response was delayed uqe my husband called the speaker of the house and said the house is already in escrow then the house already sold? that's my question thanks for everything

  4. Graciella Valle

    Dear Julianita
I regret to say that if! the house is already sold, ................. well, not necessarily sold, but the homeowner (or the Bank) and accept an offer, which is obviously not yours, the papers are in escrow until meet all the requirements and the deal closes, certain occasions a party fails to meet any of the requirements and as we say "falls escrow" and if they have deals pending, the next call, call him to your agent and tell him you want to put your offer
(As a back up offer) if the other does not close, I call you, kind friend and thanks for reading

  6. Fam, Vazquez

Hi I need urgent assistance, look I see a house that I really liked the flat, very much to both me and my husband, but we do not like the neighborhood, there are a lot of people living many cars etc etc, and there is a neighborhood that is paid $ 50 usd a month, keep everything nice looks beautiful on the outside but the level of the house do not like nice houses but there is clearly beyond our budget, which would you recommend?
Both are in the same city.

    Greetings from Texas.

    Dear Ericka
When you buy a property, the more iportante is the neighborhood, not the house, because the house is arranged and neighborhood NO! also mention that pays $ 50.00 per month, that is called HOA (Home Owners Association) Homeowners Association. it is much better, I would think it ssiquiera or a neighborhood is more recomendaable Association and more if you have kids
lucky friend and thanks for reading
